1. Acceptable Use

By using PassTheNote, you agree to use the site for educational and testing purposes only. This includes UI automation practice, API testing, and skill development for QA engineers and SDETs.

2. Prohibited Activities

⚠️ Load Testing Strictly Prohibited

PassTheNote is a functional UI/API playground. Load testing, performance testing, or stress testing (JMeter, K6, Gatling, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Accounts or IP addresses generating excessive traffic (>5 requests/second) will be automatically banned to keep the service free and available for everyone.

Additionally, you may not:

  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or damage the platform
  • Use the service for malicious purposes or illegal activities
  • Scrape content or data beyond normal automation practice
  • Resell or commercialize access to the platform

3. Service Availability

PassTheNote is provided "as is" without warranties. The service may experience downtime, data resets, or feature changes without notice. We are not liable for any losses or damages from using this platform.

4. Data & Privacy

Test data you create (notes, orders, accounts) may be reset periodically. Do not store sensitive or personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, and design of PassTheNote (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos) are owned by PassTheNote and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of test data and automation scripts you create. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. User-Generated Content

Content you create (notes, comments, test data) should not:

  • Contain copyrighted material you don't have rights to use
  • Include sensitive personal information (yours or others')
  • Violate any laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

7. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use PassTheNote. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent. By using this platform, you confirm you meet these age requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassTheNote and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or test content
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Errors in test scenarios or documentation
  • Any damages arising from reliance on platform content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PassTheNote from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Disputes
